"The staff was awesome. The hotel is very clean. The Elevators are slow especially during peak breakfast hours. I recommend putting a bench just beside the elevators. "

"We stayed 2 nights. The stay at this hotel was cost worthy. This is very old hotel but well-maintained. We booked a room with king size bed for 3 of us including my 8yr old kid. Clean, spacious room with attached bathroom, tv, air-condition/heat, wi-fi, enough lights. Breakfast was included, didn't have many options but will fill your tummy. Didnt use the pool. It is very close from the fall. We were eating breakfast and one guest was was gonna check out that day, he was saying to the reception staff, "see u next year!" That gives the impression that people keeps coming back to this hotel. I hope to come back also for our next trip to Niagara falls.
I think they should have arrangement for the filtered water for drinking. We had to choose between bottled or tap.
Overall, if you are not expecting too much from a hotel then it is a perfect choice for your earned money."
