"What a lovely room. A bed you could sink into, even though my husband prefers a firmer bed I thought it was great. Loved the Character of the place so much history. Menu looked good but unfortunately we weren’t there to eat an evening meal. Ooh! but having stayed in many hotels this had the best and most perfectly cooked English Breakfast I have ever had. Even better than mine and that’s saying something. Staff were very friendly and I would be very happy to recommend anyone to stay here."

"The staff and the food were excellent and without fault. The rooms are similar to other Best Western hotels I've stayed in, in so much as they are a little dated, however the venue was quiet and I had a good nights sleep."

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Parking was excellent, as were the rooms and breakfast. The staff at this hotel are the highlight, as they were super helpful whenever we asked something of them. I will stay here again."
