On the first floor you will be greeted by high ceilings and wooden beams running throughout, the fifth bedroom is found on this floor, which is a double, along with a bathroom. The kitchen has a great atmosphere and is a perfect social space so you can all be involved, it has a large oak dining table to comfortably seat all twelve guests. The doors are kept open into the living room which is very impressive, it features ample seating, lots of space and a wood burner. The barn has the fantastic addition of a games room across the courtyard with a table football and pool table. There is a country pub close by serving great food as well as a local shop open seven days a week. There are many wonderful walks straight from the door, and walks from the property include the Litton Loop which is a lovely circular route direct from the barn which takes the Cressbrook Dale, Litton Edge and a few cafés and pubs along the way. The High Peak, Monsall and Tissington Trails are a short drive from the property plus there are many places for cycle hire.
