New Cozy 2-Bedroom Lake House on Tranquil Bonney Eagle Pond w/ Great Amenities

Escape to this marvelous house on picturesque Bonny Eagle Pond. This is a band new house with all new appliances, a gorgeous deck spanning the front of the house, and a private backyard. This cozy retreat offers a comfortable stay for guests with 2 bedrooms, including a queen bed, full bed, and twin bed. The space also boasts a beautiful bonus space - a loft with gorgeous views, perfect for a child or game nights as a family. The bathroom is equipped with a jetted bathtub. You'll find everything you need here, including a quiet mini split heat pumps that offer heat and the best cooling around and a brand-new washer/dryer. The waterfront is pathway shared with the seasonal cabin on the property, but each unit has a private patio and dock. There are kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, etc available a short walk down the hill. The lake is gorgeous, quiet, and has a shallow walk in area. There’s a raft to swim to and jump from too! Relax and unwind in this fabulous home away from home. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Please do not make USED BEDS. We check all beds, but it is nice to be able to look at quickly how many beds we need to make. You may strip used beds if you wish!
You can leave trash in the bis, please just make sure all trash is in bins. Please collect trash around the outside, including any cigarette butts, bottle caps, or pet waste. Thank you!
Please make sure the boats and paddles are all tied up and life jackets and floats are put away.
