"What a lovely find. Must have passed this hotel over the years and took no notice, until now. We had a standard room that met and exceeded our expectations. So clean and inviting. Fantastic shower and comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent and left car at hotel while we walked to the beach, only ten minutes away. Perfect!"

"On arrival radiator in room not working and still not working when we left after 3 nights . Day 2 we had electric heater provided. Continental breakfast was poor no fruit juices or fresh or fruit cocktail ( or tinned. No bread or toast machine butter or preserves . Small boxes of cereals and unappealing croissants were there. Although this is our personal opinion other guests were saying the same to us. The general Manager was very nice and needs a medal trying to get things sorted . The kitchen is contracted to outside. Caterers who are not under her control. I politely but firmly Made my complaints . The bar service was good and was well stocked."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the breakfast with freshly made scrambled eggs. Our evening meal was delicious and again the staff were very efficient. I happily recommend this hotel"

2/10 Terrible

"Mouldy bathroom with no proper shower (a hose on the taps). Boiling hot even in April due to hot water pipes running through the room. Breakfast waitress super rude. Hotel manager not available at the time and has since ignored all emails. Have complained to Best Western and Hotels.com"
