"We were looking for a place near universal studios and this place worked out well. Only 8 min away from universal (freeway) and 16 min through the streets. Loved the room we stayed in, I believe it was a family room. My sister and oldest child stayed in the bunk beds and my husband and two littles slept on the king size bed. Everything was clean & did not struggle with parking. Only “downfall” for me was hearing the folks upstairs. I could hear footsteps and thumps but other than that, we loved it. Definitely staying here again. "

"I don't like that there is no laundryroom ( since covid ), no food other then snacks. The muffins, fruit, juice, coffee machine, and oatmeal is ok. Very clean hotel with very helpful and relaxed staff. Cool location other then the construction. Will visit again!"

"I feel terrible writing this because staff was amazing, but the room wasn’t. It was the second, ever, dirtiest room that I’ve stayed in, and I’m in my mid-30s. Ceiling lights were missing their shades, floor made my feet black, bedsheets and box spring covers were stained, blow dryer was also stained, and caulking around the hot tub was cracked. There is no cozy blanket or comforter on the beds — just thin sheets. I was so cold. I’m sad because I wanted to love it, but found myself wanting to get our 1 night stay over with."
