"Breakfast was not the best"

"Had a late night wonton soup at the food court which was one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve never been a fan of resort fees and was very disappointed this hotel charges one. We stayed in a king suite which was definitely roomier but the furniture looked rough, damaged and dated. If you love planes flying overtop of your hotel room, this is your place."

"Staff were friendly, convenient location and good amenities like the pool and cafe in lobby. However this hotel is incredibly run down and in need of maintenance and renovation. The guestroom hallways and elevators look like they are falling apart. My balcony door was broken and wouldn't open smoothly or lock properly. There was a musty smell in the room."

"It was a pleasant stay with my family. Marina view was amazing. The only downside is the parking, it’d be nice if it’s free. 😉"

"Both customers elevator not working early morning. Bathroom shower mat strange smell Restaurant serve only regular coffee. No other coffee like espresso latte or americano coffee. Should purchase one espresso machine at least. "

"it was the worst continental breakfast. Eggs if you can call thrm that were cold. Waffles like cardboard. Toast, yogurt and cornflakes were good "

"Was told to call for aiport shuttle when we got to the airport. Called over and over again and let it ring for up to six minutes each time and no one answered. Finally a guy answered and we got the shuttle. When we checked in, he asked if we needed the morning shuttle, we said yes and he confirmed that we should be in the lobby for 4:30. In the morning a different guy said there was no record of us needing a shuttle and he had to call us a cab. Bed had a yellowing blanket just wrapped with an outer sheet (blanket was originally white), shower had orange scum, and there was someone else's clothing sticker sticking off of the closet. The shower was the worst we have ever experienced - even worse than camping. Zero pressure - it was more of a mister. Also, bathroom sink had no hot or warm water and also very little pressure, but much better than the shower. Didn't try the huge tub, so not sure there. Other than that, the room was huge and has a lot of potential. Tons of storage, big TV, comfortable pillows and bed. Looks visually like a nice place and in a very convenient location, but needs a lot more care and attention paid to guest experience. After a 9 hour flight, a decent shower would have been nice, but will never stay again based on the horrible shower alone. Couldn't even get the shampoo out."
