"We had a flight to LA late at night. We checked in at midnight. Everything was smooth and easy. Breakfast had warm and cool options in the morning. Everything was fine for our elongated layover."
"Hotel was fine for a night. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The lobby needs an upgrade. The plexi-glass doesn’t create the most welcoming entrance. Also, floor 5 is a smoking level. I heard customers complaining about the smell and reception staff wouldn’t move them. "
