"We arrived in Sapa early after the transfer from Loa Cai train station. We were going to check or bags, the receptionist upgraded our room and checked us in. She was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan. Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square. Luxurious but not over the top. The entire staff is friendly. Tea service was brought up when we came back from exploring. 5...

"Beds are comfortable, have a number of food options near the hotel, walking distance to the city Center and Sapa train station. Breakfast was good and they helped to pack fruits in the last day as our bus back to Hanoi was very early. "
