"Room assigned turn out not matching as on the reservation. Rooms are too small, there are not enough space freely to move around."

"Steps to Sapa Sun Station. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is to order and delicious. Had beef pho every morning and some of the best in Sapa. Laundry turned around quickly and neatly folded and perfect. Stayed in huge deluxe room 404 with private balcony and extra bedroom. Theres a terrific Vietnamese fusion restaurant at the bottom of the (steep) incline. Highly recommend."

"Amazing time!"

"The staff was so courteous and accommodating they made our stay so memorable. I would definitely come again if I'm in the area."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with great views. Really enjoyed our time here"

"The hotel owner was amazing. The soup in the morning was delicious. The only issue was the noise, you can hear everything that’s going on in the hotel. But location was good. I would stay again."

"親切なスタッフ達でとても快適に過ごせました。 場所も景観も良く最高の滞在になりました！ お部屋も清潔で広く良く眠れます。 朝食はオーダーも出来ますし、バイキングもあります。"

"We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel! The team kindly upgraded us to mountain-facing rooms, which made our stay even more special. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The reception team was always helpful, and they even packed food for our bus journey when we left. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to end our stay. An amazing hotel with warm hospitality and a team that really looks after its guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!"

"Location to town centre and on site massage were great, staff were wonderful."

"Everything was fine until the day before check-out. They didn't clean the room, there were no towels, no water to drink and no tissues, even though I called the reception desk the night before. Breakfast every day same, so bored"

"Property was beautiful exactly what we were looking for. Staff and breakfast were lovely. The room was immaculate and very clean. We loved our stay. Will be coming back hopefully again soon."

"I had a great experience during my trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the local food nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. If you are planning a trip, I suggest booking in advance and spending some time exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would be happy to come back again."

"Personnel désagréable, à peine bonjour, on a vraiment l'impression de les deranger. Environnement tres sale. Hôtel cher pour ce qui est proposé. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet hôtel. "

"Very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, great location walk to the center, great views from our room"
