From the time we checked in to the time we left Staff was Amazing! Down by the pools Gustavo and Ulisis were wonderful and very attentive. Casa "La Chula" w/amazing ocean view and Concierge
Sunrock Hotel and Suites
Room was clean, but had several issues. Both TV’s did not work. Coffee pot did not work. The day after checking in is when a repairman finally came to fix it. It was a one night stay, so that was not a good thing.
