Buss 30 eller 5ZE fra sentrum, utenfor togstasjonen. Kjøp billett på tabaccheria, på bussen legger de til 50c. Utleiestedet er like ved bussholdeplass begge veier. Døren fjernåpnes av utleier. Rent, romslig og praktisk. Få kaffekopper på kjøkkenet. Gode senger i dekorert rom. Godt inntrykk! Anbefales!

en automne pour un court séjour

Annonce de réservation non conforme ( nombre m2, pas de service de petit déjeuner, pas d accueil aux heures indiquées ,pas de balcon accessible depuis la chambre, volet bloqué quand remonté...) Ceci étant la literie est effectivement de qualité, le rapport prix de la nuit/hébergement est acceptable car une cuisine avec ustensiles est accessible, un arrêt de bus qui mène au centre est au pied de la maison. En cette saison, une couverture de plus serait appréciable ( il n ya pas de chauffage et il fait froid)

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

First of all the owner didn’t know English so he used google translate to communicate (through WhatsApp) so you can imagine how difficult it was communicating with him. Secondly, on the website it said they offer 24/7 airport transfers - turns out they just book you a taxi. Thirdly, in my reservation I had breakfast included and the owner just said “yeah we don’t offer breakfast. And even for the price you lie, you shouldn’t even get the air conditioning but we left you the remote anyway” - once again, air conditioning was on my reservation. So we had to buy ourselves breakfast out of our own money for 9 days. Then halfway through our stay we get locked out of one of the bathrooms. I had my things inside so I texted the owner what’s going on. He told me they gave the bathroom to someone as “private”. So they locked us out of SHARED bathrooms without a notice and then he just left me my things outside of my door. Not even any apologies, nothing. Of course, when we were going to check out, I had to ask the owner myself when we have to check out, and he said 10:30-11. It was 11:15 and there was nobody there to check us our. So we just left the keys and left. To be honest, if I knew, I would’ve slept longer and took my time. Throughout the whole stay, there was NOBODY there to assist you with anything. And the owner has NO idea how to manage this place. It’s a shame, because the rooms themselves are not too bad. Also - clean out your fridge, the food in there is rotting.

Un piacevole weekend nel cuore di Cagliari

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per un intero weekend (3 notti). Proprietario disponibile, simpatico e per niente invadente. Camera spaziosa, luminosa è dotata di ogni comfort. E nonostante il bagno fosse in comune, lo abbiamo sempre trovato pulito, nonostante il proprietario faceva trovare prodotti per la pulizia a disposizione degli ospiti (cosa molto gradita). Posizione ottima, con parcheggio davanti all’ingresso della struttura, e rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Buona sistemazone, zona molto tranquilla

Economico, ma buona sistemazone, la zona è tranquilla e silenziosa di notte, comodo dalla stazione e dal centro città, anche per lo stadio (io sono andato a Cagliari per la partita del Toro). Cagliari è molto bella ed economici stima.
