This hotel is a very short 5 min. walk to the waterfront area and is very clean, safe, quiet location. Rooms were not huge but decent. Nice pool and they had happy hour food & drinks here also. Helpful staff and didn't use any extra amenities except sitting by pool for short time. Would stay here again if I was going here. Went snorkeling at Great Barrier Reef and easily walkable to boats and a fairly short walk to catch train up to Rain Forest. Didn't love the sliding glass door seperating bathroom but otherwise all was great.

Amazing location and space. Reception extremely friendly and advised great local recommendations. Only thing we found was room maintenance could be improved e.g grout of tiles was brown when meant to be white, bit of limescale etc. Also our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, towels not changed etc. We would however definitely restay!

We had a wonderful stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! And excellent service from the staff if I needed something. Great location — so close to the esplanade lagoon and marina. I highly recommend this hotel. There are 2 pools in the property and a sauna too!

Very clean and spacious rooms. Our suite included a number of small appliances, like a toaster and iron, and included laundry detergent, which we found very useful. They even left a couple of small cartons of milk in the fridge for us. The pool and happy hour was great as well!

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff were corteous, helpful and friendly. My room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for the perfect stay!
