Our stay at the mantra esplanade was nice We ask to be move higher up from the 3 floor which had the nicer view to the 6 floor which has the city view which was much nicer room , they both need an update especially the first room but were clean ,the staff were very helpful and polite

This was a good stay close to all the action with easy access and onsite parking Disappointing to not have bedside reading lights and an old aircon that was difficult to navigate. The Balcony y was great for a view and pre dinner drink as well as drying clothes and towels.

Handy location right on esplanade. Good to have a small kitchen to cook in and located close to the supermarket. Nice balcony but the outdoor furniture needs an upgrade and the balcony floor wasn’t very clean. Nice pool facilities and everything felt safe. Everything was functional but a little dated and needing some maintenance. The bed was very comfortable

We had a fantastic stay at Mantra Esplanade. The location right on the Esplanade is unbeatable—close to everything with beautiful ocean views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A perfect base for exploring Cairns—highly recommend!

Perfectly located and within walking distance to pretty much everything. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. No housekeeping to rooms if stay is under 5 days (or at an additional charge if required). The only issue with this is that the bin fills up really quickly and there is no spare liner to replace it. Overall very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend.

Fire alarm taped off and wrapped in plastic, obviously not working, No plugs in bathroom basin and bath. Poor water pressure in shower and difficult to get hot water. We went to reception to get new towels but they didn't have any as they had not had a delivery from the laundry and we had to go back later. Towels very old and hard. This hotel has the potential to be good and is in a prime location. We are currently staying in another Accor facility in Port Douglas which is superb and exactly the opposite,

The staff was great, but the location is even better. If you’re looking to do a snorkeling tour it’s a simple walk to the harbor. Also, because there are no great beaches nearby. The lagoon right nearby is perfect for swimming and the water temperature was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Cairns

I really enjoyed my stay at Mantra Esplanade Cairns. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is perfect — close to everything, including restaurants, shops, and the Esplanade lagoon. It made getting around Cairns so easy. I would definitely stay here again!
