All the staff were very kind. The lobby was luxurious and beautiful, and the room was very spacious. It would have been better if we had stayed on a higher floor, but we had a comfortable stay.

This was a great place to stay, and we have no complaints! Little known fact, the hotel was named after George Pullman, the railroad mogul. He lived in upstate NY in a town called Albion for years and learned his business skills there.
