Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, along with shared access to the beautiful Lakes Resort facilities, including multiple tropical pools and landscaped gardens 🌿

Please note the apartment is located on the second floor and accessed via stairs only (no lift)

* 🔇 Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM.

* 🚭 Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

* 🏡 Located within a resort-style complex, so please be mindful of neighbours and shared spaces.

* 🪜 Second floor access only, with stairs and no lift. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

* 🔑 Self-check-in is available for a smooth and flexible arrival.



🧼 Housekeeping & Essentials



The apartment is professionally cleaned before arrival. Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.



A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, additional items can be purchased as needed.



🧹 Mid-Stay Cleans



Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.



For stays of more than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $99 per service applies.



Extra towels can also be arranged on request for an additional fee.



🧳 Luggage Storage



We are unable to offer luggage storage at the property before check-in or after check-out. For early arrivals or late departures, luggage storage can be arranged nearby via Stasher, a secure and convenient local service.
