Guest Access:
You will have private use of the entire upstairs residence and the outdoor deck. This is a duel residential building with a tenant below.
The laundry and backyard are shared with the resident below.

Please note there is a large staircase on the property with no child-gate available. If you have small children, they will need to be supervised.
This is a duel residential building with a tenant below, so please no loud noise. Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. No parties & no pets.
Strictly NO smoking anywhere on the property, including the outdoor deck.
Lastly, all bookings will require an online check-in form completed prior to arrival. The form will require photo ID of the main guest and the names, ages and contact details of any adult guests.
Interaction with Guests:
We want you to enjoy your privacy so we won't be there to greet you, but we will be on call at all times should you need anything.
The townhouse has a lockbox with key for self check-in.
