The staff were helpful and very friendly Although it is not a new building, it was well kept and did not feel unclean. However, towards the end of my stay, I was bothered by the smell of sewage coming from the drain in the kitchenette. I was a little disappointed because it would have been great if they had been more careful in cleaning the invisible areas. I hope for improvement.

Ich habe ein einzelnes Zimmer mit Queen Bett gebucht, ich komme da an, der Mitarbeiter zeigt mir ein ganz kleines Zimmer mit kleinen Bett und er sagt zu mir das was bei mir in der System gezeigt wurde, Am nächsten Morgen geben Sie mir ein anders Zimmer mit getrennten Betten und das was ich nicht gebucht habe, nach 2 Tagen haben sie mir das Zimmer gegeben was ich im Internet gesehen habe und gebucht habe, dafür musste ich zusätzlich 1500 LE zahlen , also für das Zimmer was ich gebucht hab und bereits bezahlt habe , musste ich nochmal Geld zahlen. Handtüchern gab’s nicht , ich musste runter gehen und danach fragen Wasser im Zimmer gab’s nur einmal. 3 von den Mitarbeitern haben bestätigt dass das Bett kein Queen Bett war. Nur einen wollte mich abziehen und hat er leider schon gemacht und 1500 LE kassiert. laut der Mitarbeiter de Decke wird nur einmal pro Woche gewaschen, der Decke war schmutzig und voll Haar von anderen Gästen. Ein einziger Mitarbeiter war super nett und verständnisvoll. Ich werde nie wieder da buchen
