"I stayed with 2 colleagues for a work trip and we had a pleasant stay. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were big. We didn't eat at the hotel as we had work events. The swimming pool was small but not crowded, so room to swim. Spa was available at an extra charge."

"A little hidden Gem! We loved our stay at the hotel, great location just a short walk into the city centre, close to bars & restaurants. We found two supermarkets a street walk away and a gorgeous little Italian called Arte Pizza were the food was tasty and reasonable priced if you didn't want to walk back into the centre. Great breakfast with plenty of choice with cold and hot options. We used the gym, inside spa area but our favourite was the roof top area with bar, and slightly heated pool with views across the city, great for an early morning swim before breakfast."

"Hotel is in a great location The pool was not heated and service was extremely slow. Rooms were nice and check in staff helpful. Breakfast was very good. "

"We had no internet service in our room the first night precipitating a room change. The staff was great. the breakfast array was great and whatever you wanted was included. Floor layout isn't the greatest, but the location is A+ -- right in the middle of the best section of Palma."

"Great "Fil the Best" apartment overlooking a square with several restaurants. Bars & other restaurants close by. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Ordering taxis, recommending places to eat etc."

"Such a gem of a find! Five-star service and a five-star breakfast. VIP experience from the moment we arrived. A perfect little roof top terrace with views of the Cathedral. We opted to pay a little extra for a private transfer, and it just added to the experience. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the main street. The bed was super comfortable, and immaculate. The shower awesome, clean towels every day and a refill on the coffee pods and water. We can't wait to return to a super location in the heart of the city. Nothing was too much trouble at this hotel."

"You couldn't ask for a better location, perfectly positioned in easy walking distance between a popular upscale shopping district, central plaza, and a more popular modestly priced district, as well as other attractions. We only needed a cab for the airport. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want. My only comment is about our room's temperature control, which wouldn't allow you to sustain a lower sleeping setting before going back up to normal room temperature. I mentioned it to staff and their comment was that it was affected by ocean humidity."
