Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Staff is very aggressive

Staff is very aggressive I showed her booking for 2 adult & 2 children on the booking printed paper she replied no with very rude tone & didn't bother to see my printed paper and was waving her own paper. I have to accept her to avoid confrontention and accept very small room for four of us as the room was just two. Standard of cleanliness was very poor , WiFi singles very poor, staff behaviour worst.
