"Sadly there were other things that were wrong. I’ve stayed at the hotel before and felt the last time that some of the staff weren’t great. But there was one particular young guy on Reception who was really quite rude. Breakfast was cold with not much selection. I have to say the Staff serving breakfast were really helpful. We didn’t have a kettle on in the room, we had an issue with hot water, there was a children’s party which we weren’t notified of around the swimming pool which is quite noisy. It was a little disappointing, but I have to say that Fabio, the manager handled our complaint well. We just wish that everything has been perfect as this was an anniversary "

"Room was clean and exactly as listed. A couple of small issues. We stayed late sep early oct, it was getting cold at night. No heat on in building or towel rack radiator. The hot water was only luke warm except in the shower. This gave the impression that the host was too hard up to pay the energy bills."

"The family had a wonderful time during our stay near Livorno. The apartment was lovely and only a block from the beach. The pool was nice to have available as well. My only comment on that is it would have been nice to have chairs/lounges available. All in all I highly recommend staying here. "

This doesn’t exist… we contacted the owners but was just advised that it wasn’t in use ( and doesn’t look like it has ever been).Property needs some basic repairs… shower screen, new pillows, not enough bowls, glasses etc. ground bedroom damp "

"We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed ourselves. The bus and trains were easy to navigate, tho a car might be helpful. Depends on what you are doing. The beach is gorgeous. "
