The beautiful villa is located in a quiet hillside with sea views, about 7 minutes walk from the center of Calasetta. The nearest beach is within walking distance on a private road in about 10 minutes, by car in 5 minutes. The fine sandy beach of the Spiaggia Salina, which falls gently into the crystal clear water, is ideal for small children. All three bedrooms have air conditioning that cools down on hot days. In addition to the two full bathrooms, visitors can enjoy an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A particular highlight of the Villa Polygala is its outdoor kitchen, from which you can watch the sunset over the sea while cooking under the open sky.

Calasetta is a pretty, grown port town with about 2700 inhabitants and is located in the southwest of Sardinia on an offshore island, Sant'Antioco, which is connected by a causeway to the main island, and therefore easy to reach by car.
Once a week in the port area there is a large market where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, honey, peccorino and more.
In the 3 supermarkets, at the bakery, butcher and in the fish shops, which are within walking distance from the house, you will find everything your heart desires. There is also a cantina and a wine shop in the village, where you can buy excellent Sardinian wine. Restaurants and pizzerias complete the cityscape.
