Flexible Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
Advance Payment: Full payment at any time. Bank transfer, refund within 14 days.
Check-in: 16:00 to 21:00, Check-out: until 10:00. Mandatory phone number. Minimum age: 28 years, no maximum limit.
Low Season Heating Supplement (October 15 to April 15): 300 euros per week.
Tourist Tax: 1 euro per adult per day for the first 7 days.
Late Check-in: Starting at 20:00.
Late Check-in: Starting at 24:00: +70 euros.
Cleaning Costs: Stays of up to one week: Final cleaning, 300 euros.
Three-Week Stays: Two intermediate cleanings, 100 euros each; Final cleaning at the end of the third week, 360 euros.
One-Month Stays: Three intermediate cleanings, 120 euros each; Final cleaning at the end of the month, 360 euros.
