Would stay there again.

This property was great. We stayed here for our daughter's wedding and it was like having a home away from home. There was a Sobeys close by to get a few groceries for the few meals we had there. It was nice having the extra bedroom for my brother who came from the States.

My whole family had an amazing stay. The place is very neat, clean and quiet. Ivan is very accommodating and always checking out from time to time if we have any problems. I would surely recommend this place to my friends going to Calgary for a trip.

Very nice and tiny basement apartment. Includes all essentisl cooking uten, microwave, oven stove, coffee machine, electric kettle. Enough towels for 6. Washer dryer with detergent and anti wrinkle paper. A home away from home. Nice and big TV with Netflix. Quiet neighborhood, nice eateries less than 10 minutes away.

Nice get away!

Ivan was very informative and easy to work with. The property was quaint, cozy, and comfortable. Wish we stayed longer! Its in a newer, still developing area ~35 minutes from downtown. That works well if your trying to get away from the hustle and bustle. Can’t wait to come back!

Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). The apartment was very clean, all appliances and utensils in good condition. Bathroom was clean and new. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Navii Estates and would recommend it to family, family with kids or anyone who prefers quite and safe neighborhoods, rather than noisy and busy downtown life.
