The space: The suite offers a large, welcoming living area complete with new furnitures and kitchenette. Two cozy bedrooms are at your disposal, one with a king bed and ample closet space, the other with a queen bed and a large window. The suite is privately accessed and features a west-facing deck, perfect for enjoying peaceful evenings. Our property, next to a playground, promises a comfortable stay in a vibrant, family-friendly neighborhood.
Guest access: During your stay, you'll have full private access to the walkout suite.
There is stairs to the suite, may not be suitable for people with mobility challenge.
The suite features its own temperature control, allowing you to adjust the climate as needed. There is a locked furnace room on the floor. You don't need access to it as the heating system operates independently.

The property was very spacious and clean. It was easily accessible. The beds were comfortable. However, if you are elderly or have any issues with climbing into a high bed, the bed in the master bedroom would be difficult to get into. It was very chilly in the unit when we first arrived, but we were able to adjust the heat. There is a small deck where you can sit or have a BBQ. The outside light was burnt out so it was challenging to unlock the door in the dark. Despite the few quirks, it was a lovely, well kept place to stay.
Everything went well, host very responsive, clean and bright. The stairs to the the front porch could be better. But overall very nice! Stayed one night.
We stayed here while visiting our son in Calgary. The unit was bright and spacious. The beautiful outdoor space was appreciated. It was very comfortable.
The location was perfect - close to highway access to the mountains, convenient to amenities and local attractions, and only 15 minutes from downtown Calgary.
The host was great - checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay.
We would love to stay here again when we visit.
Nice property, great location. The kitchenette is not well equipped (toaster, microwave, a single burner hot plate and only one sauté pan), and the portable washing machine has a small capacity, making the unit less desirable for more than a few days. There was some noise from the home above during the day ( loud foot steps) but generally quiet at night. We enjoyed the patio, particularly in the evenings.

The room was simply beautiful would stay there again next year. To use the outside deck.
This adorable walk-out basement suite beautifully decorated. It was clean, organized, and well stocked with necessities. The owners really put effort into the details, like having their Keurig filled and ready to go. We had a very enjoyable experience :)
We loved our stay here, it really did feel like home. If there were any problems a quick message to the it was sorted quickly.The cooking facilities were basic, but we didnt plan on cooking anyway.The
Quiet neighborhood. Spacious place. Was more then adequate. Steps into place are a little trouble, but other then that everything was good. There is somewhat loud footsteps upstairs at times, but always quiet at night.

quite a walk to the back, ...noises from upstairs after 10 pm ...not enough info on operating the tv... is there any free channels or do you have to cast from your electronics,
The suite was clean and comfortable. It's in a pretty, quiet area that is close to many amenities eg. Grey Eagle Resort amd Casino, Calgary Farmers Market, Heritage Park and easy access to major roads.The main reason for not giving 5 stars is that in order to reach the suite you have to go down a narrow path by the fence. This path is rather steep with only some very widely spaced stones to walk on. It is well lit but becomes slippery when wet. It is not a good choice for people with any sort of limited in mobilty. Also, the yard is more of a pretty little jungle than a grassy, rock studded landscape.
Tv difficult to use. I think I needed an Apple TV account.
Parking is on the street.
Stairs to apartment are outside and someone with mobility issues would not be able to access.
Host responded quickly to outside motion detector not working for walkway lighting.
We have stayed in many part time rentals and give this property a 5 star overall experience. Jh
