"The hotel is in the center of Lisbon - great location. Because it is in the center of town , it can be noisy at night. Free breakfast was very nice. The bathroom fan is a little loud. The HVAC works great. The staff was very helpful."

"Well located right in the centre of Lisbon near to many of the local shops and restaurants. Made to feel very welcome when we arrived and were treated to an early check in, which was a lovely surprise. The team also gave us some port, wine and pastel de nata as an additional gift."

"This the THE ideal hotel for a stay in Lisbon. The Hotel is located in Santos and within a 15 minute walk to the Bairro Alto/Chiado districts. The hotel is clean and comfortable, The Bedrooms are colourful and have everything you need for your stay. There are coffee machines on each floor ( the coffee is really good too) The decor is very trendy with concrete and metal fixtures in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The Rooftop bar and pool are handy on hot days and warm evenings. There is a courtyard at the back with drinks and snacks being served out an old Airstream trailer The staff we met were brilliant and always greeted us with smiles. They were very accommodating when we asked if could change rooms as we wanted a riverside view. There are lots of places to eat and drink near the Hotel. The Time Out Food Market is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Train, Tram and Bus links from Santos Station are within 5 minutes walk of the hotel and can take you into Cais de Sodre station or all the way to Cascais on the coast. It's really handy if you want to take the train or tran to Belem. We would definitely recommend the Jam Hotel...100%"

"Fantastic location. The people were friendly and welcoming evening when we bumped in to them in the street. Rooms are small but this is made clear before booking. Little touches such as a welcome drink, bedtime snack left in the room, range of options at breakfast set it apart from other venues."
