- Calheta - CASA IVA 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with private swimming pool, sun-terrace and sub-tropical gardens. Fantastic sea views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Only 200 meters over sea level. Sleeps max. 6 persons. Out-door dining table. Kitchen with dishwasher and washing-machine. Living-room with cable TV and WI-FI Internet. Dining-room with table for 6 persons. 1 bedroom en-suite. Up-stairs 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom en-suite. Cleaning and towels, new linen, hand-soap and toilet paper once every week. 5min drive to the famous Calheta golden sandy beach. 5min walk to the local bar and local mini-market. Country side house, this is not luxury, but a good rental value holiday house on Madeiras South coast !
