"Good stay in this authentic house. Fernanda welcome you with gifts in her house. Everything you need is there. The place is quiet and relaxing. You can take a glass at the terrasse, eyes on the sea, looking at the sea clouds attacking the mountain, bringing fresh and welcome air. Enjoy the flowers. Many thanks to Fernanda ;)"

"This is a unique property spread over several acres of vineyards. There are multiple units to choose from & we stayed in the cottage. This was a lovely independent stone cottage overlooking the sea with a loft bedroom, kitchen and living room. It was a very special stay during our time on Madeira & we can’t recommend it enough. We had dinner at their restaurant - which was phenomenal & your stay also includes a wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of choices. There are two lovely pools that...

"Pros: Ruime woonruimte met tuin gedeeltelijk in de zon waardoor niet al te warm. Altijd parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Haven met restaurants waar je elke avond voor weinig en veel keuze heerlijk kunt eten. Cons: Slaapkamer is beneden aan de straat/parkeerterrein waar ook werklieden met vrachtauto's en trekkers langskomen; dit leverde veel geluid op. Voor verblijf met >2 personen onhandige verdeling met badkamer toilet alleen bereikbaar via slaapkamer beneden."

"Der Garten benötigt unbedingt Zuwendung und es fehlt eindeutig eine Sitzgelegenheit und ein Sonnenschirm. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt. Madeira ist eine tolle und sehr vielfältige Insel. Wichtig, dass obere Bad ist nicht für große Menschen geeignet, durch seine Dachschräge sollte man nicht größer als 1.60 m sein sonst stößt man sich den Kopf."

"Pros: We loved staying here, the house is spacious (enough room inside and out for the kids to play) and had everything we needed. Fernanda (host) was very friendly and kept in touch with info e.g. that some local roads would be closed for a day during our stay due to the Calheta rally. Lovely views and peaceful. The location is not very touristy, which we quite liked."

Location was very convenient, the house was very clean and had great amenities- the laundry room was a big plus and we enjoyed the view from the upstairs balcony. "Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick von der Terrasse auf den Atlantik. Küche und Zimmer sind mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung gab's einen Obstkorb, tolle Blumen und eine leckere Flasche Wein. Der Housekeeper Jhonny hat uns nett begrüßt und uns unterstützt. Eine tolle Woche auf Madeira!"
