"Beautiful view and location. We loved sitting on the patio for coffee, wine and reading. Very peaceful location. The view is actually better than the pictures show. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking in. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was only due to a musty smell in the closets and kitchen cabinet but we totally understand it is a humid climate and there is only so much everyone can do to mitigate those issues. It was not a big deal at all....

"This beautiful guest house in Porto Moniz was more than perfect. Just minutes to get to the beach and a short drive to go hike levadas we were thrilled. In a quiet little neighbourhood yet close to what we needed. We had a car so was very easy to get to but there was a busy stop just steps away to accommodate guests using transit."

"This is a spectacular property. The views from the deck are breathtaking. The bathrooms have recently been renovated and are very nice. It is located halfway between the airport and Funchal, so it is convenient if you have a car. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance. The deck and view are the main attraction."

"Very nice rustic house,with everything you need.I had no car,but cafe,shops,farmaci,hotel,church are in walking distance.And bus is very conveniant,much used by the locals. Maria,the landlady,came with bananas and potatoes from the backyard,always there to help you. First time in Madeira,but not the last,strange place."

"Apartment superficially seems nice. Good kitchen - grill available. However: Definately not 200SQm. Upper bathroom smelly all the time because of drain, Sink could not be used because water was not flowing down. Porch: 10-20 flies at all times outside (still standing water in drain directly next to porch) - could not relax outside. Cushions were missing, after I asked they were in the sleeping room. Bathroom (downstairs): one of the windows could not be closed. Kitchen: Ants are welcomed guests...

"Large property that is very new, very safe and fun to stay at. Plenty of room and well kept, the location is great and the kitchen is large and has everything needed. Easy to find, and perfect for parking a car."
