"We recently stayed here in late October 2023 for five nights (Sunday-Friday) and had a wonderful time. This is a very special place. If you really want to immerse yourself in the nature of Madeira, Terrabonna will not disappoint. Marco and Maria and their staff (Emmanuel is great!) are terrific hosts. Their love for what they do comes through in everything here…the luxurious eco-conscious approach, the little touches and their care of their guests. We especially enjoyed the hosted-dinner…wish...

"had a brilliant time so much space and gardens were lovely too would recommend this property i would suggest trying to find the property that as well as giving a google map reference you should also supply the number and the name of it. Dogs were quite annoying as well"

"Great place to watch the sunset from a shared deck while having dinner. Double check if the jacuzzi is in working condition, it was off due to covid measures during my stay. wifi was not available as described, however there was signal for vodafone data. The host sends you GPS coordinates to find the location in a welcome message. If you are driving uphill to reach what looks like a shed at the GPS cooridnates, walk back downhill a few meters to find stairs going down towards the house."

"I loved my stay at Casa Caramelo. Irina was such a warm and welcoming host, with lots of great tips for exploring Madeira. The flat was perfect, with everything I needed for my stay. It was lovely to have access to the courtyard area, which had plenty of sun and shade if needed and it great fun to play with Enola, Irina's beautiful German Shepherd dog. I would very much like to come and stay again oned day, thank you Irina!"
