"Not often in life do you get to stay in a property of this quality in such a special location. The weather was almost perfect and we enjoyed two super weeks exploring Arco Da Calheta and Madeira. The pool and pool area at Casa Das Flores are amazing, we used the pool every day. The villa has everything you need come rain or shine. Access to walks and shops/bars from the door also a bonus. Our only critique was the noise from locals who appeared to be racing their cars at night near the property....

Kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary to cook breakfast and simple meals during our stay. The TV and internet worked well. "We had a great weeks stay at Blue Sea Cottage. All information given by Bill was timely. Self check in easy. Villa is excellent. We had plenty of room for three adults. Great bathrooms and kitchen. Outside poll area and view is as per the picture. Perhaps some basics in the kitchen would be great such as pepper, salt, olive oil and cling film. "We had a fantastic stay with Maria. The rustic property was in a cute, quiet, and private location with an amazing view of the ocean. Easy parking was available below the church, which was a 5-minute walk away from the property. The garden and view were highlights of the property that we will always remember. "Stayed in March/ April with partner and teenage son. We found the villa with no problem using Google Maps link provided and checked in easily. We were surprised at how big it is! There were only three of us, but it would be more than big enough for a family of six. We found it to be very well-equipped, with everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was lovely, and heated to a good temperature - the worst bit was getting out, particularly if it was a bit windy! Car hire is essential...

"Will be a good place when it will be finished. We were living in a construction site where noise was starting at 8am (or earlier) to finish at 8pm. The apartment was nice but not fully functional since AC was not connected. The apartment we had was made for 2 people as the sofa cannot be seriously considered as an extra bed (even for kids). "Our group of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay at the Cliffside Villa. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac just outside of the precious town of Ponto Do Sol. The house is spacious and easily accommodates a large group. The view of the sea from the pool and balconies is incredible. Communication with Carlos/Caty was quick and easy. "This is our third stay at this wonderfully located villa. We love Jardim do Mar, and this villa is our No 1 choice for holidays in Madeira. If it had some sort of solar powered pool heating it would be even better. Other than that, it is pretty much perfect, clean, lovely views, spacious and really quite classy."

"We had a good week. The apartment has everything you need for a self catering stay, sunny patio. comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen. There is a little convenience store next door and a full range of shops about 1 km up the hill. The nearest resturants seemed to be about 3 km away so not walking distance and the traffic was a little busy but then it is everywhere in Funchal. The owner was very friendly did everything he could to make us welcome even though he did not have much English."

"Lovely Villa high up with warm pool you need a car lovely scenery two minor problems with shower and toilet but they were fixed easy communications with Miguel lots of activities to book in Calheta lovely port and Restaurants.
