"Architecturally stunning house. Beautifully decorated and maintained throughout. Located in central Funchal surrounded by many cafes, restaurants and tourist facilities. Large supermarket 2 minute walk. Pool is only small. We paid the extra fee to heat it. We visited in December and the owners didn’t hesitate to turn the temperature to maximum. We enjoyed a daily dip but not large enough to swim in. We highly recommend this property."

"We had a group of 7 friends stay for 3 nights in this quiet country home tucked away in the mountains. It was a good spot for our large with beautiful landscape and great stargazing nights. Andrew communicated clearly the instructions for arriving to the house from the airport and we kept in touch as needed.
