"Grosszügiges, modernes Appartment, stilvoll mit Designermöbeln eingerichtet, mit Sonos Soundsystem,2 modernen Bädern etc. Das ganze Haus ist in sehr neuwertigem Zustand. Der Vermieter ist innerhalb von Minuten bei Fragen erreichbar gewesen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, Bäcker und das nette Shoppingcenter Forum Madeira. Dort gibt es auch Taxis mit denen man f 10 Euro zur Funchal Marina fahren kann."

"This was our third time staying at this property. Joe's brother Nelson and his wife Ana greeted us when we arrived and were excited to show us all the upgrades Joe has done. New furniture in the living room, a new cabinet beside the table in the kitchen, new dishes and pots and pans and both bathrooms totally renovated. We love the location on the water and everything you need just a stroll away. We are hoping to return next year."

"Very nice new unit, air conditioning works very well, roomy, well-stocked kitchen, and a lovely private patio with sun loungers and a million dollar view of funchal and the ocean far below. Has a washer and dryer that do not dry to north american standards, you have to leave clothes out on the patio, but that is like every place we have rented in Portugal so far. A high end dining road with numerous restaurants including a Michelin two star, but also with more reasonable options, is a block away...
