"The check in was not pleasant at all, with the staff laughing at me as the saw my struggle with my 2 young children, then bags and my grocery bag broke spilling my groceries all over the lobby floor. They laughed and not 1 of the 3 men at the front desk offered to help at all. Very disappointing. the rest of the stay and amenities were great."

After repeated requests, the staff texted me a new code that worked The room was substandard. We rented for three nights, but decided not to stay the first night.
