"We were very impressed with the location and the room. We loved that there was a full kitchen, we’d never had a room like that. The restaurants in the surrounding area was very good. The distance to our appointment at Cleveland Clinic was also very good. The front desk when we check in in was exceptional. Chase checked us in and he was great! Overall, we loved this hotel and will definitely be back!"

"The room was very clean, and the housekeepers were superior and accommodating. My only complaint is that there is evidently not a 24-hour housekeeper on duty, and the room floors are not carpeted, so we had walked and tracked dirt into the room. No one had a broom for me to sweep it up that evening."

"The place is lovely, great location, and the owner/property manager were extremely communicative. I used to live off of Larchmere, and can attest to what an awesome neighborhood it is! I'm very excited that Baroco restaurant is back, too. Amazing arepas.If I had one small complaint, it would be that providing one Keurig cup for a 3-night stay doesn't mean I actually have access to a coffee maker (unless I bring my own k-cups!) Aside from the environmental travesty that k-cups are causing, it's kind of silly to expect that someone is going to go out and buy a whole pack of k-cups so that they can have coffee for a couple of days. I'd much rather a regular coffee machine and some grounds!Like I said, small complaint. Highly recommend this place!"
