"This was the perfect place for our sisters getaway! We were even greeted with delicious homemade cookies. The property is immaculate and exceptionally well appointed with amazing attention to detail. The outdoor space on the lake was beautiful and the perfect place to spend the day. One suggestion would be to have beach towels available for guest use. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!"
The Clear Lake Island Hideaway

"We stayed at the Hideaway with a family group that ranged in age from 1 - 72. There was something for everyone at this venue. The teens enjoyed the pool table and tubing, fishing, swimming and skiing on the lake. The little ones were able to get into the lake on a shallow beach on the property. The adults used the kayak, played card games and put together a jigsaw puzzle. Gus, our little dog, loved playing fetch and cavorting through the woods. The property was lovely, well-maintained and family-friendly. We would not hesitate to stay there again."

"My wife and I stayed at Callahan’s Shore Thing cabin for a quick stay to celebrate our anniversary! It was perfect. The hosts were amazing with their communication and the cabin itself is perfect. The photos and descriptions are accurate but undersell how great the location is. The proximity to the water and the peaceful setting can’t be described. The Musky Lounge is perfect. We truly loved every aspect and can’t wait to return. We have rented cabins annually either as a family or just as a couple. This is my favorite lake and favorite stay thus far!"

"This was the 6th yr my daughter's and I stayed here, and we are so happy with this place. The cabin is cozy, the views are beautiful the lake is great. It has a great Northwoods feel to it and we have made a lot of lifelong memories here."

"We had a great experience coming up to an area we love to fish and boat at. It had the perfect location in between all the lakes we wanted to fish. The sunsets were gorgeous over the lake at this vrbo. It was right on the water and had a firepit area right down by the lake as well. It was a great size for a couple people and maybe a couple kids. Theresa was very nice and made check in and out very easy. Place was clean and had gorgeous flowers. Only thing is the directions to the house were listed as "South" and the street is actually "west south " so we took the wrong road and to a campground but ended up finding it quickly one road down so no big deal but for future reference. Thank you for a great time!"

"Gorgeous and gloriously peaceful - a clean, comfy house with plenty of room and well-organized info on both the property itself and the local area for travelers of all varieties. As a solo traveler just looking to get away from it all, it was so perfect I even decided to stay longer than I planned. Fortunately, it was available and Kevin was super helpful and welcomed my extended stay. See my previous review for even more info.. would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lovely, spacious home with stunningly beautiful views from literally every window - hope to stay again sometime! 10/10 "
