The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also features a small dining table and a terrace exit. This level also includes a bathroom with a bath/shower, a separate toilet, and a double hand-basin.
