On the ground floor, a spacious living and sleeping room serves as the heart of the villa, complete with 1 sleeping facility, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. A second room on this level is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.
