  • Villa ideally located in Maryvilla, renowned for having the most beautiful panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the Peñon de Ifach. In the immediate vicinity (900m) is the discreet little beach of Puerto Blanco and its marina. Our villa is located a few minutes from the center of Calpe and its two magnificent sandy beaches. Levante beach is located in the northern area of Calpe and Arenal beach is a perfect place for relaxing in the sun. The villa is divided into two parts, villa composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an independent apartment of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 apartments have a large living / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Sat TV and Wifi available. To this complete equipment is added 2 large terraces with an exceptional panoramic view of the Mediterranean. The main terrace has a fully secure swimming pool (children). This family villa is ideal for 2 or 3 families with children.
    Activation of central heating on request of the tenant in winter. A fixed price over the period will be claimed.
