Love the area, the apartment was in need of decorating, with peeling paint and cracked floor tiles. The apartment is in a great location.

Great Location

good communication with the agency, good directions. The property came with a garage that was very good and very safe, perhaps a little tough if you have a large SUV like ours to get in and out of the garage.The apartment, located on the 7th floor was a good size but a little dated. All of the cutlery, crockery and pots and pans were dirty, we reported this to the agent. The bathroom had issues, I took photos and showed them to the agent, they did offer to come and fix on towel holder and said they were aware of the condition of the paint around the bath.The redeeming feature of the apartment is the wonderful terrace.The TV is Spanish only, good internet access.

Trevlig lägenhet med bra läge och utsikt. Viss störning från restaurangerna nedanför balkongen. De flesta dörrarna svår stängda pga friktion mot golvet. Elkontakter trasiga/ lösa. Mikrovågsugnens placering/inkoppling?? Parkering på andra sidan gatan och långt in i en annan byggnads garage var något som inte framkom i beskrivningen. Vattenkranen i köket var helt lös. Åtgärdades sista dagen.

Bel appartement en bord de mer

Situé au 7ème étage, traversant, 2 terrasses dont une avec une magnifique vue sur le Penon et la mer! Les 2 chambres sont côté cour et climatisées. Cuisine très bien équipée. Les parties communes sont très bien entretenues. Très propre et très fonctionnel. Gros plus : sa situation, sa terrasse, climatisation et garage. Supermarché, pharmacie et restaurants : proches et accessibles à pied. Je recommande à 10000%.
