Surrounding the pool, you'll find sun loungers perfect for soaking up the Spanish sun. For outdoor dining and entertaining, there's a gas BBQ, dining table and a covered kitchen, ensuring you can enjoy meals al fresco. Additionally, a guest toilet is conveniently located outside.
Upstairs, the main living area is designed with both relaxation and socializing. Step onto the covered terrace, furnished with a dining table, where you can enjoy meals with a view. Inside, the open-plan living area features two comfortable sofas, a TV, air conditioning, and another dining table, creating a welcoming space for gathering. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need, including a fridge, freezer, oven, cooking hob, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine.

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this accommodation.
2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
3: The house is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited.
4. You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
Pool heating: The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
