Things started poorly when we couldn't access the apartment because of inadequate instructions for the idiosyncratic black on black electronic keypad. To their credit a rep drove 30 minutes to get us in. The air conditioning didn't work but were assured it did operate, it was just that I was operating it incorrectly (there were no operating instructions provided but I got them from the manufacturer's website). After several days they acknowledged the fault but failed to get it fixed. Not good in July with nights at 27 degrees and no air movement. There was no floor or table fan in the apartment to help and none brought to us. Otherwise the apartment was perfectly acceptable, location was good, pools were good and never over-busy. About a five minute walk to the beach.
