Prachtige plek

Wat een fijne plek! Mooi huis, heerlijk zwembad end e hele dag zon. Enige nadeel zou zijn dat de bedden niet heel lekker sliepen en dat de wifi heel traag is. Afhandeling inname sleutels ging snel en is 5 minuten van huis rijden. Mooie omgeving. kortom: een aanrader!!!

Opinión Niña Rose

Acerca de la casa, pienso que la ubicación es la perfecta ya que está a 10-15 mins de la playa andando, tienes un supermercado prácticamente en la esquina y muchos otros sitios al alcance de la mano. Los objetos dentro de la casa estaban en perfecto estado cuando llegamos al alojamiento y todo funcionaba correctamente. Sinceramente, recomiendo esta casa para pasar unas vacaciones. Un saludo

Fantastic location

We appreciated this house a lot. It had a great location, it really was walking distance in reality to the city center, not just in the description as it sometimes is. The house was neat and clean, free from the owners' personal items which I think is a great plus. Comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen. Fantastic view over the cliff and city center when stepping out from the house. Basically we do not find anything to complain about regarding this house.

Tired and dated

We booked this villa 4 years ago and really enjoyed ourselves, especially with the separate apartment below which was very handy! It is a lovely villa but a lot of work needs doing to it! It’s dated and tired looking. The trip switch kept going off and the light IN the pool kept falling out and with it came a lot of dirt in the pool!! It states it the manual in the villa that the pool is cleaned twice a week but that was not the case! It has put us off of using this villa again!!!

Fe.Haus Calpe

Das Haus hätte 5 Sterne verdient. Es war alles vorhanden und bestens ausgestattet. Abzug gibt es für die Poolbetreuung. Die kam in 4 Wochen nur 3 mal. Aber nur weil ich bei Interhom angerufen habe. Auserdem währe es schön, wenn die Gärtner von den Nachbarn nicht die Blätter und Blüten nicht mit einem Gebläse auf das Grundstück und die Handtücher blasen würden. Das größte Mango, das Haus liegt an einer sehr belebten Straße. Autos im Sekundentackt. Es ist laut und stinkt nach Abgasen.

Dirty and noisy

Corner of plot is right out to a 4 lane road, making it difficult to have a normal conversation outside. Best weather all week was on thursday, where we couldnt be outside due to a noisy gardener cutting the hedge. The smell from the refrigriator was i all house when we arrived, cutlery was just put in the drawer without beeing washed, and all closets in the kitchen was dirty. The dead cockroach in the closet under the sink is probably still there waiting for the next guests.

Nina rose

I use villas each year in calpe and this one was one of the better.location and facilities were great .the added bonus was the a reduction in price,so it was value for money.it was first time using interhome ,they will be part of my considerations for next year .

Bien, mais...

Location bien située belle piscine belle vue. 3ème chambre très petite pour 2 jeunes adultes. Bien pour un enfant. Impossible d’y mettre 2 valises. Sont restées dans le salon. Manque de rangements dans cette chambre. Manque de rideaux occultants chambre du bas. Très gênant pour dormir le matin. Mauvaises odeurs 3ème chambre et salle de bain du bas. Nombreux ustensiles de cuisines très sales liés aux précédents occupants. Pb de mitigeur sdb du bas. Eau brûlante ou froide. Obligation. De revoir la température de l’eau au moins 3-4 fois durant une douche.
