When booking for a maximum of 4 people, you can choose whether you prefer the flat on the ground floor or on the upper floor. In this case, one of the flats remains closed so that the outside area can be used completely privately. The ground floor flat has a nice covered terrace, a dining room with equipped kitchenette, a living room with sofa bed which can be closed with a sliding door and thus be used as a bedroom, a large bedroom with office space and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor offers a glazed terrace with dining area, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a fitted kitchen.Both flats are fully equipped with air-conditioning in all rooms, televisions with satellite connection in the following languages: Spanish, English, German, French, radio, DVD player, Internet connection (WLAN),fitted kitchens with ceramic hob on the upper floor and gas cooker on the lower floor, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and hairdryer.The property is fully fenced and offers a private garden, garden furniture, a large terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor barbecue with dining area with parasol, an outdoor bar, a private heated swimming pool, outdoor hot/cold shower, covered parking (2 places), petanque and table tennis.
