The house offers: Our cottage Casa Don Pedro is located in the popular resort of Peguera, on the southwest coast of Mallorca with great beaches, but also small coves. The site offers a very good infrastructure with shops, public transport, medical (including German) supply, starting point for tourist trips, etc ..
But the place is also an excellent starting point for friends of hiking and cycle touring.

Peguera (span. Paguera) is a place in the southwest of Majorca. It belongs to the municipality of Calvia.
Peguera is frequented by the German tourists. In recent years there has been through various changes in the central region (including Sandaufschüttung the Palmira beach, build a bypass and other traffic calming measures) to a significant appreciation of the place. The central boulevard, the Bulevar de Paguera, is virtually free of charge from 19 am. Nearby is excellent hiking opportunities found in the hilly hinterland with pinewoods.
The place is visited mainly by families and seniors. The entertainment is geared accordingly, the nightlife is relatively quiet. How often in Mallorca increasingly better sports facilities are also available in Peguera. There are, for example, two dive shops, bicycle rentals, quad biking and much more.

The house, while not very modern, has everything you need and the garden area is really nice, we enjoyed our breakfasts outside. Be mindful that you will need insect repellent though!!! Air conditioning in both rooms and living room worked great.
The host was very nice and easy to reach, check in process was very simple with instructions sent to us in advance. The location of the house is very good, it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the Palmira beach, and there are 2 big supermarkets literally a few minutes away on foot, all restaurants and shops in the boulevard area are equally close. There is space to park too if you have a car.
It is not in a busy area though so there are no noises at all and we had very restful nights. The only thing that would make this house perfect is access to a swimming pool really! We would go back if visiting the area again.

Lovely place ideal for family of 4
We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was as described and clean. It was well equipped and great to have air conditioning in all rooms. Good location for visiting the island and close to the shops and beach. BBQ was a low level, basic brick charcoal BBQ. We had lovely evenings eating outside under the shade in the garden. I would recommend this property to others.
Wiederholungstäter. Haus war sehr sauber. Gastgeber wie immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis--Leistung tadellos. Schön, dieses Kleinod entdeckt zu haben!

Wir haben 10 sehr schöne Tage dort verbracht. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Zum Einkaufen ist der Weg nicht weit. Zum Strand läuft man etwa 15 Minuten. Die schöne Terasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Super vacances, maison calme et reposante avec tout le nécessaire voir plus. Jardin très agréable et intimiste, un petit écrin de verdure qui rafraîchit après une journée à la mer.Je recommande énormément et espère y retourner dans le futur.
Wir wurden von 4 Katzen in Empfang genommen und haben direkt eine Tour durch den Garten bekommen. Währenddessen wurde auch schon das Haus durch unsere Freunde aufgeschlossen und begutachtet. Alles war wie auf den Fotos, es war auch sehr sauber, die Geräte waren alle in einem guten Zustand und die Möbel zwar spartanisch wie man es in Spanien kennt, aber dennoch gemütlich und nicht abgerockt. Alles in allem würden wir dort wieder Urlaub machen und stehen auch schon wieder mit Jochen in Kontakt. Vielen Dank!
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es ist alles da, was man braucht und alles war sauber und gemütlich. Die Terrasse war unser Lieblingsplatz.
Der Weg hinunter zum Boulevard war gar nicht so weit und anstrengend, wie wir befürchtet hatten.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war total nett und freundlich!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette petite maison très agréable et bien équipée.
Le jardin est vraiment appréciable avec la pergola qui permet d'avoir toujours de l'ombre et le lieu est très calme.
La climatisation réglable dans chaque chambre et le salon est vraiment pratique.
Supermarchés et plage à proximité, on peut tout faire à pieds.
L'hôte répond rapidement aux messages.

Der Garten ist naturbelassen. Hier und da wäre etwas Pflege aber angebracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist da. Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren jedenfalls sehr zufrieden.

Casa Don Pedro war für uns einfach das perfekte Feriendomizil auf Mallorca.
Die Buchung, (sehr kurzfristig!) Verbindungsaufnahme, sowie der Austausch aller nötigen Informationen zum Haus waren reibungslos und zuverlässig.
Das Haus ist sehr urig eingerichtet und man merkt sofort die Liebe zum eigenen kleinen Ferienhaus der Familie das hier auch an andere vermietet wird.
Die Küche ist vollkommen ausreichend um ausgiebig zu kochen wenn man möchte, und enthält die wichtigsten Utensilien und einige Grundzutaten.
Wir fanden es sehr gut das haltbare Gegenstände wie z.B. Kaffee und Tee dort bleiben und nicht überflüssig entsorgt werden. Dasselbe gilt für das Badezimmer mit allen vorhandenen Grundutensilien und sogar Sonnencreme und Mückenspray etc..
Im Unterschied zu den Fotos gibt es schon eine kleine Couch im Wohnzimmer :D
Die drei Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer ermöglichen ein entspanntes ankommen nach dem Strandaufenthalt.
Die Lage im Ort Peguera ist sehr schön ruhig und abseits vom Strandtrubel, sodass es sich auch lohnt den verhältnismäßig großen Garten zu genießen.
Supermärkte, Banken, Bushaltestellen (auch nach Palma + Flughafen) und die Innenstadt mit Restaurants und "Tourimeile" sind alle nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch die Spaziergänge zu den verschiedenen Stränden wurden niemals lang.
Alles in allem können wir nur Danke sagen für eine Woche sehr schönen Sommerurlaub!
Klare Empfehlung für Mallorca zum Entspannen, gerne wieder!
