Oppholdet ble bråbestemt da flyet skulle ta hjem ble kansellert. Hyggelig betjening som tok oss imot, fine og rene rom, ok senger (liker litt mykere madrass). Var så uheldig å få rom ut mot veien, og friareler hvor det tydeligvis går høner og mange haner., som galte om kapp store deler av natten. Største plusset for 10 timers oppholdet, var frokostbuffeen. Godt utvalg, så innbydende ut og smakte veldig godt!!

Schöne Unterkunft in Strandnähe. Rundrum gibt es einige Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kleiner Abzug bei der Einrichtung hier waren ein paar Mengel wie z.B. die Duschkopfhalterung war defekt und der Toliettenpapierhalter hing lose runter (hat mich persönlich aber nicht weiter gestört). Das Personal war sehr freundlich der Poolbereich wurde immer schön sauber gehalten. Das Highlight war das lange Frühstücksbuffet so konnte man im Urlaub auch mal ausschlafen und trotzdem das Frühstück in aller Ruhe genießen. TOP!

This is a beautiful hotel. It was kept immaculately clean, the breakfast was great and I liked that it was served for a long period of time if you wanted to eat a little later. The rooms were great and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Loved it!

Parto dal presupposto che avrei anche messo un voto positivo , ma mi devo ricredere e devo mettere un bottone negativo per le seguenti due ragioni. Fate il check-in da casa perché lei è molto lungo, ma l’aspetto negativo è che dopo aver fatto il Self check-in alla cassa ti arriva un’e-mail dove ti dicono di scaricare un’app per avere la chiave sul cellulare, in realtà non arriva mai l’e-mail, ma bisogna andare alla reception per farti dare la carta fisica, ovviamente nessuno ti dice di questa cosa quindi ho perso un’ora tra andare alla camera e infine ritornare alla reception. seconda cosa mi ha scritto la manager per scusarsi di questa cosa e mi ha anche proposto di avere qualche ora in più al check out e che mandava l’e-mail alla reception per dire tutto ciò, ovviamente come pensavo non ha mai mandato un’e-mail e mi hanno minacciato mezz’ora prima del check out dicendomi che se non avessi portato le chiavi entro cinque minuti al reception mi avrebbero addebitato un’altra notte. Se non si riescono a gestire queste semplici cose, è meglio lasciar tutto stare e non cercare di sistemare le cose in malo modo. Ricordiamoci sempre che il cliente ha sempre ragione e non sono un ladro, ma ho pagato tutto e se sono stato lì in camera fino alle alle 15 e perché qualcuno me lo aveva consentito tra l’altro un manager scritto in privato. Ho comunque spiegato tutto alla reception, ma con aria altezzosa voleva far finta di niente.

In 7 days we only had cleaning 1 time. And the same sheets all week. Dead insects on the floor was not cleaned. I had to tell the reception that noone cleaned. We were three persons. On arrival only two pillows. After the one cleaning they only left two towels. The hotel is old and worn down. The pool was really dirty the first day but got better. The breakfast is ok if you like english. Witch i dont. The first day there was no butter. Many flies and dirty dishes. The hotel is really close to center and beach. Room is ok. Beds hard but i like that. We got a good price so overall ok.

As previous reviews of the hotel were mixed, I was not sure what to expect but it turned out to be a very pleasant stay. Very easy checkin process, kind staff, spacious room, great location with everything in walking distance. Breakfast is decent and available till late. There were lots of young groups so during my time sometimes early in the morning you could hear noises people moving in the corridor. The only problem I had was the communication before arriving. Couldnt reach the hotel by phone or email no matter how far I tried. I’d definitely recommend this hotel

I loved this hotel as we came on a girls party holiday so the hotel was 10 min from the strip in walking distance. The hotel was clean and rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were abit miserable but helped a lot also. Don’t recommend using this hotel if you are coming for a quiet holiday or with kids as it’s very loud at night as everyone uses the hotel as it’s close to the strip so at night there’s a lot of noises. The only down side is no inflatables in the pool.
