Holiday Home for 2 with Optional Air Conditioning and Shared Pool
- Located in Calviac-en-Périgord, this 27 m² holiday home welcomes up to 2 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped private kitchen and a TV (connect via your mobile only). For families, a baby bed and high chair are available for rent on request, as well as shared toys and books.
Air conditioning is available for an extra fee.
Enjoy your own uncovered private terrace, garden, and private barbecue—perfect for outdoor dining. The shared garden features a heated outdoor pool for relaxation. Active guests will appreciate the shared playground, ping-pong table, billiards, and sports equipment.
You may bring a pet (except category 1 dogs), kept on a leash on site. Parties are not allowed. Shared on-site parking is available for one car per accommodation. Self check-in is available. Laundry facilities can be used for an extra fee.
You can rent mountain bikes on site for a half or full day. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Pool privatization is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra fee on request. Please note there is video and audio recording in common areas, except the pool area.
