Overall a great hotel that lets itself down when it comes to looking after the beachside - I can’t understand why staff aren’t allocated to sort out the plastic and waste on the beach that’s clearly from hotel guests. Such a shame to see. Enjoyed great food at the Tropicana restaurant and breakfast was varied and high quality.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Movenpick. The staff were consistently professional, courteous, and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with both the guest rooms and common areas presented to a high standard. The breakfast at Panorama had a good variety and was enjoyable over the 8 days that we stayed. The animal mascots were also a nice touch to entertain and interact with kids. Overall, it provided a comfortable and pleasant environment, and I would confidently recommend this property to other travellers seeking quality service and cleanliness. The only slight downside is the distance to Nha Trang. It's a bit of a trek and a 40-minute Grab ride to get into central Nha Trang, which isn't a major issue, as Grab is plentiful and arrives within a few minutes. Just something to keep in mind if you're after more of an active sightseeing holiday rather than just staying primarily at a resort. That said, it's also very close to the airport, a less than 10-minute ride, so pretty stress-free going from Movenpick to the airport and vice versa. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it to others who are travelling with families will younger children.

Our overall experience was okay. Staff was generally friendly with a few that really stood out as stellar shining stars. However, with the amount we paid, we do not feel we received our money’s worth. We booked a deluxe king suite for more space as we are a family of 4, kids ages 11 and 16, and the hotel expected for all of us to sleep on 1 king bed. We clearly booked for 4 people, there was no error on our part. The extra beds for the kids cost us an additional $50 CAD/day for our 10 night stay. Right from the beginning, it didn’t set us up in a positive manner. Our breakfast was included in the pricing, however everything else comes at top price premium! With the resort being far away from Nah Trang (you pay around $50 CAD round trip), you are essentially forced to eat on resort. Pricing to eat out is comparable to Canadian pricing. Alcohol drinks also being about $10 per drink. Food aside, one small load of laundry cost us $100!!!! Pool activity rentals (water guns and scooters) were $30-$40 for a half hour. The rooms look generally clean but as you start taking a closer look, garbage cans are dirty on the outside, shower corners dirty, surfaces are not generally to most meticulously cleaned. We had such high expectations as the photos give off such a luxe look. We felt like cash cows the entire trip with everything costing such a fortune. Would not stay here again and feel disappointed in the amount we spent money and the lack we received in return.

What an incredible beachside resort. We were looking for somewhere to relax and reconnect as a family after a hectic period and this resort wouldn’t have been any better. A beautiful villa, attentive staff- right on the beach. Given it was low season, we had access to all amenities from rope courses, crafts, waterslides and Himalayan Sauna, jumping castle, billiards, table tennis. A special thanks to the General Manager for spoiling my little girls at the kids club- setting them up for a cooking class and beachside bonfire. We will definitely be back. 6 days couldn’t have gone any quicker .

Pros: clean, green, spacious room, nice pools, good breakfast. Cons: Had some hiccups with the reservations team/the property system which was so confusing. We went to Tropicana for dinner, the waiters knew that we would like to sit outside but no one helped us to arrange the table. After rearranging the table ourselves for our group, no one brought us menu until we tried to get their attention. After that, no one came to get the orders. We waited for over 40 mins and left. We understand this is the high season but over 40mins waiting at a restaurant in a fancy resort is unacceptable.

So many activities for the family. This place is huge. We were offered an upgrade to a villa just before arriving. They told me it had a private pool.... I was SOLD! If you like sweets, they have a chocolate tasting complete with a fountain of CHOCOLATE every day for an hour. FREE! This is the place to stay when you are in Nha Trang!

일반룸1박 +원베드룸 풀빌라 1박으로 예약했는데 투룸 풀빌라 2박으로 업그레이드 받았고 공간 넓게 잘 이용할 수 있었습니다. 기본적으로 숙소는 쾌적했고 에어컨이 잘 작동해서 숙소안은 습하지 않고 매우 쾌적했어요. 매일 청소해주어서 깨끗한 상태로 이용했고 냉장고도 커서 음료수와 물을 시원하게 잘 보관할 수 있었습니다. 벌레를 좀 걱정했었는데 날파리가 좀 있었지만 큰 문제는 아니었어요. 거실 공간과 숙소 수영장, 공용 수영장과 놀이시설까지 너무 좋았고 이후 아미아*로 숙소 이동 후에도 모벤픽 밖에 생각이 안났어요. 바다의 경우에도 모벤픽은 앞이 트여 시원한 뷰고 조용해서 사진이 매우 잘나오는 반면 아미아*는 광안리가 떠오르는 풍경입니다. 리틀버드클럽도 아이가 베딩셋팅, 인디언텐트, 웰컴드링크 젤리까지 아주 즐거워하였고 시간이 없어서 액티비티를 못해 아쉬워서 다음엔 꼭 더 길게 묵고 싶어요. 세레니티 스파도 개인적으론 가격대비 적당한 호텔 스파로 만족스러웠어서 가성비 좋은 팬시한 마시지를 받고 싶다면 추천합니다. 아쉬웠던건 조식 뷔페에 먹을 것 가짓수가 좀 적고 공간이 협소하고 맛이 좋진 않았고 아이스 라떼는 맛이 없었어요.. 하프보드로 저녁 선택해서 뷔페 먹었는데 이땐 좀더 먹을 가짓수가 많았으나 파노라마가 기본적으로 맛있는 식당은 아닌것 같아요.. 또 전반적으로 직원과 영어 커뮤니케이션이 좀 쉽지 않았는데 큰 문제는 아니었고 서비스 안내에서 혼선이 발생 되어서 더 소통이 어려웠던 것 같습니다. 아침 7시?쯤 방으로 콜을 받았는데 자다 좀 놀라서 이건 좀 지양되어야 할것 같아요.

레지던스 스튜디오에서 2박했어요. 당일에 예약해서 갔는데 메일 주고 받으며 요청사항을 적극적으로 해결해주는 느낌을 받았고 실제로도 그랬습니다. 리셉션, 식당, 수영장 등 모든 분들이 친절하고 영어도 잘 통했어요.
