We enjoyed our stay in Rosa dei Venti very much. The apartment was spotless and even better than photos and descriptions presented. Location is ideal, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and restaurants. Streets in the neighbourhood are very narrow, so own parking place is brilliant.

Schönes Haus, modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an (fast) nichts. Besonders die Klimaanlage ist ein Segen im Sommer. Sie kühlt hervorragend und riecht nicht.

Eine sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Strand und den Einkausmöglichkeiten entfernt. Es ist alles da was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Sehr gute Wohnung in guter Lage

In der Whg ist viel Platz, eine schöne Einrichtung und die Küche ist auch ganz gut ausgestattet. Nur eine Kaffeemaschine wäre noch praktisch. Spülmittel & Spülmaschinen-Tabs werden bereitgestellt. Zum Strand waren es nur ca. 5 min zu Fuß, zu einem großen Supermarkt 5-10min mit dem Auto. Kritikpunkte: In der Wohnung wurde es am Abend relativ kühl, sodass wir etwas gefroren haben. Die Heizung war aber noch deaktiviert. Und hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert, und auch nach Hinweis kam keine Hilfe!

Wonderful beach stay - perfect location

We stayed 3 adults and 1 child (3 years old and my elderly father) and had a wonderful stay. The house is actually much bigger than it seems on the photos. Ample air conditioning everywhere and lots of room for everyone. The location is perfect. Few minutes walk to the front promenade. Beautiful and modern interior. Only improvements would be to put a rail on the little stair upstairs because we were nervous with the baby. Will be back! We had a great time! Had everything we needed and more.
