  • No Pets Allowed. This beautiful and inviting home is just "A Step Away" from Shamel Park, Moonstone Beach, the Fiscalini Ranch preserve and the West Village of Cambria. The large and comfortable living room has amazing ocean views and a gas fireplace - a great place to be, morning, noon or for sunset watching. There is a dining room off the fully furnished kitchen and a large deck, with a charcoal barbeque. Both the dining room and the deck have tables to seat six people. The house has WiFi, two flat screen TVs with DVD players. There are three King beds (a regular King and two California Kings). The backyard is protected from the wind and offers a beautiful spot for relaxation. The laundry room is on the ground floor. Ocean views, gas fireplace, charcoal BBQ, two TVs WiFi. TOT#6003870

We had heavy luggage so happy for 2 lower floor bedrooms! Loved the location and could walk to the beach or cliff trails. Kitchen was really well stocked. Loved the ocean view from living room.

The house was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable and the house was fully equipped with everything you would need. The layout was perfect for a group. Very spacious and cozy. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was a lovely place for our mom's getaway. A really quiet neighborhood and views of the water from the sofa in the living room. Very close to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, which we just loved. Would definitely recommend.

Nice clean house. Several ocean views. The furniture could be set up to take better advantage of that! I loved that there was easy biking right from the house. Dirt trails in the nearby natural area and also an easy ride into town. Thank you!

Great Escape from the Valley

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As frequent visitors to the Cambria area this is our home away from home. The views from the living room are stunning and we were able to see whales breaching in the ocean this weekend. We love the farmer's market on Fridays and the local eateries as well as the many walking trails that you can get out and enjoy fresh air and see wildlife. The house is well equipped and is perfect for a coastal get away. I highly recommend this vacation home. You'll want to keep coming back once you've been here.

There were more amenities than anticipated. I could have left two big boxes at home lol. All the members in my party enjoyed as well. Very peaceful and could hear the crashing waves. Beautiful home. Would love to stay again soon.

This house is perfect. It has a spacious open plan flowing easily from the living room, kitchen and dining room. This is obviously a family home and there are nice personal touches which give the house a warm and welcoming feel. The location is great with easy access to Shamel Park and beach, the Moonstone beach boardwalk, in addition to the walking trails along the bluff in the Fiscalini Ranch.

Spacious, Comfortable with an Ocean View!

This house comfortably accommodated 3 adult couples in the living room and dining room. The bedrooms were good sized with cozy beds. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls and would have been perfect except for only 5 wine glasses. There are great walks around the neighborhood to the coast. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Very convenient access. Nice to have a garage for our car. Nice view from the living room. Kitchen thoroughly equipped with high end quality. Very comfortable bed in the Master.Also very happy to be allowed an early check in.

40th wedding anniversary

Our party consisted of my wife and my self and our two adult children and a significant other. We enjoyed views of the ocean from the great room. A high point was our dinner at Brydge restaurant. Instructions on TV and it’s remote should be improved

Birthday Getaway

This rental was clean, spacious and worked well for our family gathering. We often stay in rental homes and this was the first time in recent memory that we needed to use actual keys. This required stopping by the property management office at the beginning and end of our trip and using a lock box. A digital keypad on the rental would be much easier. I would also suggest that a gas BBQ would be much simpler and cleaner than a charcoal grill. Another suggestion would be to furnish the home with decent quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Finally, we struggled with operating the television in the family room. There were no operating instructions and we finally resorted to casting from our phones. Despite those minor inconveniences, we did enjoy our stay. The home is located in a clean, quiet neighborhood and within easy walking distance to the beach.

The home was well equipped. The best part was that there were 3 bedrooms and each bedroom had a king or Cal-king bed. There was a nice view of the ocean. Could not see the waves breaking but the view was nice. Everything we used worked perfectly. There were quite a few steps but they were not very steep and 6 adults in their late 60s and early 70s were able to negotiate easily. The neighborhood was quiet and there was room for 2 cars in the driveway and 1 car in the garage. There would be room for an additional car in the garage but it would have to be small like a Mini Cooper.
